Working briefly as a restoration ecologist in British Columbia Canada, strengthened my resolve to improve our approaches towards restoration and conservation by adopting a holistic approach that incorporates plant-fungal symbioses. I have worked extensively on the evolution and biology of amphibians, birds, and mammals.
