Over the years many of the winners of the Putnam competition have become distinguished mathematicians. A number of them have received the Fields Medal and several have won the Nobel Prize in Physics.\u00a0 Students compete\u00a0 for individual awards, and as team determined as the top 3 achieved indivudal scores.\u00a0 More details, including registration forms, past exams can be found at its official page <a href=\"https:\/\/maa.org\/putnam\/\">https:\/\/maa.org\/putnam\/<\/a> .
