The Human and Evolutionary Biology section provides opportunities to fund summer research projects, receive academic credit for research, or volunteer in one of our faculty&#8217;s funded laboratories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n      \n      \n    <\/div>\n  \n      <div class=\"cards-container\">\n      \n        <div class=\"card\">\n\n                            <a href=\"https:\/\/dornsife.usc.edu\/heb\/milligan\/\" >\n            \n                                    <h3>Milligan Fellowship<\/h3>\n                \n                                    <span class=\"card-description\">The Milligan Fellowship award was established in 2020 in honor of Helen Leslie Milligan Turner. Mrs. Milligan Turner graduated from USC in 1957 with a Bachelor\u2019s of Science degree in human biology (formerly kinesiology). A limited number of fellowships for undergraduate summer projects will be awarded at the end of each academic year via a stipend in the amount of $3,000.<\/span>\n                \n                            <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n      \n        <div class=\"card\">\n\n                            <a href=\"https:\/\/dornsife.usc.edu\/heb\/bisc-490\/\" >\n            \n                                    <h3>BISC-490 Directed Research<\/h3>\n                \n                                    <span class=\"card-description\">Juniors and seniors may register for BISC-490 with the support of a USC faculty sponsor. Selection of a faculty sponsor is an important aspect of the research experience.
