Funding Opportunities

Dornsife Graduate students have access to a variety of fellowships, grants, and awards throughout their graduate career.

Graduate Assistantships

Graduate assistantships are an essential part of the training of some Dornsife graduate students. As such, these students are expected to hold a half-time (20 hours per week) assistantship for at least two years while pursuing graduate study.

Graduate Student Organizations

Student organizations are a great way to get involved in campus leadership and student life. Each USC Dornsife graduate program has a graduate student organization that is active in addressing student concerns and liaising with the department leadership and the College Dean of Graduate and Professional Education.

The Dornsife Ph.D. Academy in the Office of Graduate and Professional Education provides training in leadership principles, financial management, public speaking, communication, and other cross-cutting skills.
