Her passion for social justice was sparked while studying Sociology at the University of Southern California.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>With over a decade of experience in event planning, Lauren excels in organizing key events such as staff retreats, community scholar events, and organizational functions, ensuring they align with ERI\u2019s strategic goals. She also supports essential administrative functions, manages new hire processes, and facilitates onboarding for new staff.
