DEMOS is a vibrant staff engagement series designed to foster connection, growth, and purpose across our workplace community.

The Engage Speaker Series aims to highlight the concept of “community” in refreshing and thought-provoking ways, to celebrate the work of Dornsife community members and others, and to provide opportunities for connection and collaboration.

TRUE-U offers Dornsife undergraduates the opportunity to attend a series of monthly “meet-ups” through DOCE, gaining valuable skills for navigating the Trojan experience.

Dornsife Leads 2.0 is a leadership development program designed for mid-level to senior staff aimed at fostering skills and building expertise to lead yourself, lead others, and lead change.

MATCH brings together students, faculty, and staff in triad mentorship teams that serve students & connect community through monthly meet-ups.

The Agora Colloquy is an ideas & initiatives marketplace for USC Dornsife faculty. Semersterly convenings provide space for Dornsife scholars and educators to participate in the conversations that are most salient in faculty experiences, goals, and relationships at this historical inflection point. Moreover, the Agora Colloquy serves as a collaboration labaratory for actionable propositions to foster community-centrism and collegiality.
