They are printed on frosted translucent paper with a gold foil-stamped USC Seal.<\/p>\n<p>Contact Ready Reproductions for quote: Previous cost was $25 per certificate, plus shipping (price is subject to change). Ask them to provide the current price. If you are prepared to pay that amount, then request a proof.
