Defying the notion that the growing ranks of religiously disaffiliated people in the U.S. have little interest in community or altruistic service, Sunday Assembly promotes the motto: &#8220;Live better, help often, wonder more.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Sunday Assembly: Atheists Find Community at Godless Church\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LsfT8M0EQoc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>One-quarter of American adults no longer identify with a religion, and the number of &ldquo;religious nones&rdquo; as they are known is growing, particularly among young people.
