f--wysiwyg\">\n\n    \n  <h2>How can disaster response professionals engage faith communities during crises?<\/h2>\n<p>Incorporating diverse religious and cultural groups into disaster response builds the resilience of the whole community. The USC Center for Religion and Civic Culture and <a href=\"http:\/\/n-din.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Disaster Interfaiths Network<\/a> trains emergency managers and disaster response professionals on how to better engage faith communities.<\/p>\n<p>Organizations can offer this training through a workshop, half-day course or full-day course.<\/p>\n<p>Through this curriculum, participants will gain foundational skills to competently engage religious leaders and congregations in the field.
