Information for talks

Each talk has a 30 minute time-slot (except invited talks, which are 45 minutes). This time includes question-and-answer time and transitions between talks, as well as the talk itself. Please plan your presentation accordingly, aiming for your talk to be 20 minutes long, with eight or nine minutes for Q&A.

Information for posters

The poster boards are 3 feet by 4 feet (36 inches by 48 inches,  91 cm by 121cm). Thus, the maximum size of a poster is 36 inches x 48 inches. Posters can be oriented in landscape or portrait format. Pins to mount posters will be provided at the poster session.
