We are pleased to provide financial or administrative support for a limited number of activities each year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cosponsorship Guidelines<\/strong><br \/>\nCIS requires that a written proposal including a budget (if applicable) be submitted to cis@dornsife.usc.edu. A separate proposal must be presented for each event or activity. Please include the following in each proposal:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Type of Event<br \/>\n\u25cf Title<br \/>\n\u25cf Proposed date and time<br \/>\n\u25cf Event description<br \/>\n\u25cf Budget and amount requested (if applicable)<br \/>\n\u25cf CV or mini-bio of speaker(s)<\/p>\n<p>Any cosponsorship funding request must be proposed to CIS at least four weeks in advance of the event to ensure that CIS has enough time to review the request and process the transfer of funds.<\/p>\n<p>Groups receiving funding from CIS must include the center\u2019s name as a cosponsor on all written or electronic publicity distributed in advance of the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cosponsor Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nEach event lead sponsor is responsible for the following event logistics:<br \/>\nCreating publicity materials: flyer and ad submission to the Dornsife Events Calendar<br \/>\nTracking of RSVPs if the lead sponsor chooses to track reservations<br \/>\nSetting up and cleaning up the CIS Seminar room, if the event is hosted in the CIS seminar room (SOS B40).<br \/>\nSubmit a brief report with photos that CIS may use for publicity and reporting purposes, within 30 days after the event took place and no later than May 30 or the end of the semester, whichever is first.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use of CIS Seminar room (SOS B40)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Use of SOS B40 during the academic year is limited.
