Administrative Coordinator
Celine Bacily is from Newport Beach, California. She is majoring in Intelligence and Cyber Operations with an emphasis in Law.
On campus, Celine serves as the President of USC’s Foreign Service Society, where she collaborates with members to organize events dedicated to engaging students in global politics, from hands-on volunteer projects to world affairs symposiums.
In the fall of 2024, Celine researched the impact of technology and social media on political participation for NationBuilder, a Los Angeles-based start-up that develops campaigning software, through CPF’s POSC 395 Policy Research Internship program. Previously, Celine worked as an International Trade Assistant with the U.S. Commercial Service, analyzing trade policies and regulations, particularly in the security and IT sectors, to support local businesses in their global growth efforts.
Outside of her academic and career endeavors, Celine enjoys exploring new cafes in Los Angeles, practicing yoga, and enjoying a new book while soaking up the sun at the beach.
