There are no restrictions for enrollment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AMST 330 (Hill) Black Music and the Political Imagination<\/li>\n<li>AMST 373 (Chavez) History of the Mexican American<\/li>\n<li>AMST 378 (Hays) Intro to Asian American History<\/li>\n<li>AMST 498 (Chavez) Senior Seminar<\/li>\n<li>AMST 230 (Nieva) Intro to Af Am Studies<\/li>\n<li>AMST 274 (Mitchell) Exploring Eth Thru Film<\/li>\n<li>AMST 301 (Nieva) America&#8230;.the West<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For all other undergraduate AMST sections that require D-Clearance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">If the class is full:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are no waitlists for AMST sections and we cannot add additional seats&#8211;no exceptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">If there is an open seat in the class:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email the professor, attend the lecture, and talk to the professor<\/li>\n<li>If they agree to give you D-Clearance, give them your first and last name, your USC ID #, and the 5-digit section # (e.g., section 10434). Every student on campus has a staff or faculty advisor who is available to answer any questions that come up during his or her academic career at USC.<\/p>\n<p>Most students will meet with their academic advisor every semester prior to registration to discuss course selection.
