Since joining the company in 2013, she has made significant scientific and business contributions, particularly as R&amp;D Director in the Spectroscopy division, where she was instrumental in developing and commercializing analytical tools. In 2022, Nahid took on the leadership of Agilent&#8217;s University Relations group, further strengthening the company\u2019s longstanding tradition in this area. Her responsibilities include managing technical research programs and cultivating strong relationships with academic leaders globally. She has also driven institute-specific partnerships to advance innovations in science, technology, and education.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Agilent, Nahid was a postdoctoral fellow at The University of Melbourne in Australia.
