The Next Generation Polar Research Conference (NGPR-3) is designed to train and network early career polar researchers for interdisciplinary research careers. This week-long symposium will be held at the University of Southern California&#8217;s Wrigley Marine Science Center on Catalina Island, CA. and will provide an important opportunity for training to foster communication, team-building, and leadership skills with a focus on the development of interdisciplinary research. Participants from disciplines spanning the physical, biological and social sciences will be competitively selected to participate in dynamic networking opportunity with plenary talks, special sessions, poster sessions, and professional development training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n  <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n  \n    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div\n  class=\"cc--component-container cc--rich-text \"\n\n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  >\n  <div class=\"c--component c--rich-text\"\n    \n      >\n\n    \n      \n<div class=\"f--field f--wysiwyg\">\n\n    \n  <h2>Symposium Size and Target Audience:<\/h2>\n<p>You must have a Ph.D. in hand prior to application.
