Michael Dear of the USC Dornsife Department of Geography led a team of six undergraduate students to curate a show, titled “Hay Una Linea Que Hizo de un Rancho una Ciudad Global” (loosely translated as: “Once upon a time there was a line that made a global city out of a ranch”) at the La Casa Del Tunel. The Casa is located in a new art and cultural center at the border crossing. This exhibit was designed to track the history of Tijuana and the border from 1848 to present.
