The Shoah Foundation owns the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, to its videotaped interviews and/or Testimony Segments. All rights are reserved by the Shoah Foundation. Unauthorized downloading, copying, recording, or publication of Testimony Segments is prohibited, and may subject a user to penalties for copyright infringement.
The Shoah Foundation grants you a royalty free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, copy, and exhibit Testimony Segments in a classroom or teaching facility, subject to the following: Testimony Segments shall only be used for classroom instruction, or as part of an educational program. A separate License must be obtained, in advance, from the Shoah Foundation for any other use or publication of Testimony Segments unless the use constitutes "fair use" as specified under 17 United States Code, Section 107.
No one may give or loan any downloaded copies of Testimony Segments to other persons or entities. Testimony Segments may not be sold, transferred, licensed, distributed, broadcast and/or web cast except with the advance written permission of the Shoah Foundation.
The Shoah Foundation makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Testimony Segments. The information in Testimony Segments may infringe upon privacy rights of other persons or entities.
