Missed a deadline?

It is the student volunteer's responsibility to make up any missed assignment or discussion. Students are only allowed to make up a maximum of 3 journals/discussions, after which their participation in THV will be terminated.

To make up journal assignments:

Students must turn in their late journals no later than a week after the Wednesday afternoon that it is due. The deadline for each journal is Wednesdays by 4pm in THV inboxes at the JEP house.

To make up group discussions:

Make-up discussions will be held Fridays during the weeks that there are no scheduled group discussions. If any student who plans to attend the make-up discussion, must email THV to confirm attendance. All make-up discussions will be held at the JEP house.

→ If absolutely no times work for the student to attend any discussions or make-up discussions, then the student must email the director to set up a personal time and day to meet for each discussion week.

Failure to turn in make-up journals or to schedule missed discussions with the director within the accepted deadline may greatly affect the student’s priority in choosing a health site for future participation and will result in expulsion from the program.
