The University of Southern California Center on Public Diplomacy is a joint academic research, teaching and training Center created and run jointly by the USC Annenberg School for Communication and the USC Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences School of International Relations.
The RIGG project deepens partnerships between campus departments as part of USC's strategic plan in interdisciplinary and socially relevant scholarship. The School of International Relations, the Center for International Studies and the Center for Religion and Civic Culture will work with the newly created Center on Public Diplomacy and the Knight Chair in Media and Religion to develop a comprehensive research and training program to prepare students for careers in which issues of religious identity and religious norms and values are likely to intervene.
The School of International Relations is a founding member of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA).
