Physical Conditioning

Students will have the opportunity to improve their current physical fitness level through circuit training, resistance exercises, walking, and running. Various training methods, nutritional guidelines, and weight management are also topics of discussion.

Catalog Description:

Improvement in cardiorespiratory endurance, body composition, muscle endurance and flexibility; running, circuit training, resistance exercises; fitness principles and nutrition to develop individualized program.
