Gladys Malibiran recently joined the PERE/CSII team as a Communications Specialist. She brings 10+ years of multimedia and nonprofit capacity-building experience with a range of community groups, social change organizations and progressive philanthropy in the SF Bay Area, NYC Metro Area and Boston. She gradutated from Boston College where she studied Communications, Fine Arts and Cultural Diversity Studies.
Most recently, Gladys completed the "Emerging Arts Leaders of San Francisco" Fellowship Program while also serving as a creative director/founder of an independent communications consultancy practice. Her previous staff roles include positions with Asian Americans Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP), the National Gender and Equity Campaign (NGEC), the Partnership for Immigrant Leadership and Action (PILA) and the International Institute of New Jersey. Gladys enjoys blogging and creating multimedia content for intersectional cultural organizing topics in new media, the arts, and education for social change.
