So you’re in—now comes the fun part! Here are some suggested next steps for admitted USC Dornsife students:

 

Apply for Housing through USC — The earlier you apply, the more likely you are to be assigned to one of your top residence hall choices. Visit the USC Housing website at http://housing.usc.edu to apply now!

Sign Up for an Orientation Session — About a week after you have submitted your Commitment Deposit, you will be invited to sign up for Freshman Orientation. Orientation sessions are offered on-campus throughout the summer. All newly-admitted USC Dornsife majors are asked to attend an orientation session before they can enroll in classes. For more information regarding Freshman Orientation, please visit http://www.usc.edu/orientation.

Complete Your Pre-Orientation Homework — Prior to coming to campus for Orientation, all undergraduate students must complete their first USC homework assignment. This includes a variety of important tasks like sending your final transcripts to USC and completing online placement tests in math, chemistry, and/or foreign language. Find out more here.

Send USC Dornsife a Picture From Your Graduation — We want YOU to be a part of our Welcome Week Celebration! The USC Dornsife Welcome Picnic will take place in the Tutor Campus Center immediately following New Student Convocation, Thursday, August 22nd. Send us a picture from your High School Graduation that we can include in our welcome video! You may email or mail pictures to the addresses listed to the left.
