"The Brain Banger's Ball is an agency-wide weekly brainstorming session for The Phelps Group... complete with lunch! Several associates present their work to the rest of the agency, who responds with constructive criticism and new ideas. This "full feedback environment" is a big part of The Phelps Group's advertising philosophy. I'm so glad that Joe Phelps invited us to participate! The room was just full of creative energy; it was a lot of fun!"
