While he works in a traditional field of advertising and integrated communications, he told us about his unique work dynamic that the has put in place at The Phelps Group. We learned about the significance of self-run teams, and how such a group dynamic can lead to a positive work environment and a more beneficial relationship with the client. He opened our eyes to a new form of advertising agency work that I had never heard of before."
