		<description><![CDATA[I am just outside the Baby Boomer generation and on the far edge of Gen Ex - although I consider myself more of a traditionalist. I love &quot;Social Media&quot; and understand its use for business - but other than that, I think social media takes away from need to build meaningful relationships. I think if we could combine the &quot;steady hand&quot; of the Traditional Generation, with the &quot;Get R Done&quot; attitude of the Baby Boomer Generation and the &quot;Wild ideas&quot; of &quot;Gen Exers&quot; then teach the Millennial generation what to do with all this technology, we my get some where with it!]]></description>
