Why do we love the JEP House?

The Joint Educational Project at the University of Southern California was founded in 1972 to link academic learning with experience in our urban community.

JEP prides itself on fostering the intellectual, social, and ethical development of USC students  while offering highly valued services to community residents. Our use of the JEP House as our logo symbolizes our desire to maintain a program that values the people of our program.

We reach out from our home to homes in the community. Our extended "family" of staff and student volunteers seeks to establish meaningful connections with the families of our neighborhood. It is our belief that the most important resources in resolving the difficulties facing our society are the human resources on campus and in our city.
