Summer in Dijon

  • Information Meeting Thursday, November 20, 2014 3:30-5pm in THH 120

The Department of French and Italian at USC offers students the opportunity to improve their knowledge of French language, literature, and culture – while earning four university credits – during our four‐week summer program.

Dijon, two hours southeast of Paris by train and three hours from Geneva, is the capital of Burgundy, France’s most famous wine region and lies at one of Europe’s historic crossroads. The city boasts a famous university and is a renowned center of art, commerce and industry.

During the program, students will have time to enjoy the city’s considerable charms, as well as the opportunity to participate in a variety of extra‐curricular activities. Weekend excursions are planned so that the students may discover some of France’s historical and artistic treasures.

    4 weeks-4 units (May 31-June 26, 2015)

For more information, contact: Dr. Colin Keaveney or the French Language Program Director, Prof. Atiyeh Showrai, at showrai@usc.edu.
