Description:

As the keynote speakers for the Herbert G. Klein Lecture on Civic and Community Leadership, USC trustee David Dornsife and his wife Dana will present Safari of the Soul: The Quest for Water in Africa, a discussion about their work with World Vision and the Hilton Foundation to provide clean drinking water access to disadvantaged people in Africa.

The lecture pays tribute to USC trustee and alumnus, Herbert G. Klein (’40), who had an illustrious career in politics and media. The lecture honors his legacy and promotes civic engagement by bringing nationally recognized statesmen and community leaders to an audience of Trojan alumni, parents, students and friends.

This event is presented by the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, the USC Alumni Association, the USC Alumni Club of San Diego County, the Trojan League Associates of San Diego County, the USC Marshall Alumni Association – San Diego Chapter, and the Trojan Club of San Diego.
