The Center for Law, History and Culture presents a workshop with Anne C. Dailey, Evangeline Starr Professor of Law at the University of Connecticut, on "The Psychodynamics of Surrogacy." Professor Dailey's work brings together interests in psychoanlysis, constitutional law and women and the law, focusing on the way both imagination and reason interact in our understanding of law, and looking at the way family law can differently imagine relationships between family members and between the state and individuals. This seminar is the final workshop in a continuing series on Feminism and the Law. The paper will be circulated in advance and lunch will be served.
