33rd Annual Latino Alumni Association Scholarship Golf Classic

The LAA Annual Scholarship Golf Classic was started at USC in 1980 and is now the longest-running Latino alumni tournament. It is one of the primary events by which the LAA raise funds toward annual scholarship.
Please join the LAA at Brookside Golf Club in Pasadena on Friday, June 28, 2013. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the shotgun start will follow at 9:30 a.m. During registration, a hearty breakfast and fresh coffee will be provided. Lunch will be served at 11:00 a.m. and drinks will be served throughout the day. Immediately after the tournament, a cocktail reception will follow at 3:30 p.m. and the buffet dinner will start at 4:00 p.m.

The LAA Golf Classic was started in 1980 and is now the longest running Latino Alumni Association tournament in the nation. The USC Latino Alumni Association, a legacy of USC Mexican American Alumni Association, was established in 1973 and created to support the advancement of Latinos in higher education and to help diversify USC.

Today, the USC Latino Alumni Association is one of the most successful Latino alumni associations in the country, with a $5 million endowment fund. For over 39 years, the Latino Alumni Association has awarded nearly $15 million and provided over 7,500 scholarships to USC Latino students. The annual Golf Classic is one of our primary fundraising events towards annual scholarships goal. Please join us and support our association.
