To be held on August 17, 2017 in Los Angeles, this one-day research symposium will focus on pharmacogenomic advances, utilizing precision medicine to improve the quality of drug development, and the pharmaceutical industry’s approaches to precision medicine. Admission is free and open to all.
The conference agenda includes speakers from companies, government, and academic institutions such as the University of Southern California, University of Chicago, Ohio State University, UC San Francisco. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Jean Claude Zenklusen (The Cancer Genome Atlas).
The American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) is a professional, scientific organization of approximately 10,000 members employed in academia, industry, government, and other research institutes worldwide. Founded in 1986, AAPS advances the capacity of pharmaceutical scientists to develop products and therapies that improve global health.
