German Stammtisch

German Stammtisch

In German speaking countries, a Stammtisch is a table reserved for regular customers at a restaurant or pub.  Please join us for a „round of“ German conversation.

We  meet on Tuesday, 4PM at LiteraTEA (Eastside of Doheny Library – at a table in the courtyard- IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER, WE WILL MEET IN GFS 113) The Stammtisch is a good way to practice German, talk about current affairs, music, film, German culture in L. A. or any other topics that interests you and to meet other students who are interested in German studies. Open to everyone on campus who wants to speak German.
