Local artist Ron Cornelison has created a very special & unique Chamber Day painting. He asked us to send him a multitude of pictures from past Chamber Days so that he could choose elements from those pictures to create a truly one-of-a-kind artistic interpretation of Chamber Day. You can see the result below.
Ron's original art was done as oil-on-canvas and has been donated to the Volunteer Chamber Crew Quarters. Because Ron is also a professional printer, he has a large-format high-resolution printer at his disposal to make copies of the artwork. Only 50 of these prints (on canvas) will be run off. All will be numbered and signed by the artist. Over the last two year 30 of the the 50 copies have been purchased, so less than half are still available. If you'd like one for yourself, you may order one now with our secure server. Orders will be taken until we've had reached 50 requests or the end of May, whichever comes first.
The size of the actual print is 20" x 16". There is a matte around the print which makes the overall dimension 24" x 20" matted. Your choice is whether or not to get it to you framed or unframed. The matted/framed version is yours for a $175 donation to the Chamber. If you'd like it to frame it yourself, the matted-only version is yours for a $125 donation. You will have a choice of being able to pick up your print or have it shipped to you ($20 shipping for the framed print / $10 shipping for the unframed matted print).
