Biographical Sketch

Originally from Boston, Max earned a BA in Sociology from UMass Amherst in 2006. He worked at the non-profit advocacy organization Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood before starting at USC in the fall of 2008. His interests include gender and masculinity, social movements and culture.
