Biographical Sketch
I came to USC in 2007 after completing an MA at the Institute of French Studies at New York University. Before that I took a BA in History at the University of British Columbia in my hometown of Vancouver. I am currently completing my dissertation, which traces the emergence of Monaco and its Monte Carlo resort as sites of transnational speculation (both inside the casino and out) in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding our program or my research.
