Alexander SarchPOSTDOCTORAL SCHOLAR - TEACHING FELLOW
Alex Sarch is a postdoctoral fellow in law and philosophy at University of Southern California. He received his Ph.D. in philosophy from University of Massachusetts Amherst and his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School, after which he clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. His research lies at the intersection of moral philosophy and criminal law, with a particular focus on culpability, mental states and motivation. Topics he has recently written on include willful ignorance, complicity, attempts and imputing mental states to corporations.
