Biographical Sketch |

|
Dr. Chopp earned degrees in English Literature & Psychology from the University of Michigan. She completed an M.A. in Social & Personality Psychology at UC Davis and a PhD in Clinical Psychology at George Mason University. She received George Mason's Outstanding Graduate Student Instructor award (2009). Dr. Chopp's training includes: Behavior Therapy Center, USC's Student Counseling Services, and UCLA's Counseling and Psychological Services. Her scholarly work has appeared in The health of sexual minorities: Public perspectives on LGBT populations, The Journal of Counseling Psychology, and The Journal of Gay & Lesbian Social Services. Additionally, Dr. Chopp maintains a private practice in Beverly Hills. |
