Description of Research

Summary Statement of Research Interests

She is currently involved in a project to improve accountability in charter schools, and another project on charter schools and alliances with for-profit and nonprofit organizations to improve the delivery of educational services. Her publications include numerous articles on the politics, organization, and effects of school-based management; links between policy and practice in charter schools; the use of cross-sectoral alliances to enhance school capacity; and the development of school networks to improve educational performance.
