Description of Research

Summary Statement of Research Interests

Professor Singer's research interests include organic photochemistry and photophysics, surface and interfacial chemical processes in micellar and other organized assemblies, and free radical chemistry. His research, funded by grants from the National Science Foundation, The Petroleum Fund, and the Army Research Office, Durham, led to 65 publications in leading peer-reviewed journals.
