Description of Research

Summary Statement of Research Interests

Professor Pancheva's main areas of research are syntax and the interface of syntax and semantics. She also has interests in semantics. Her research employs formal modeling, cross-linguistic comparison from a synchronic and diachronic perspective, and experimentation.
