How do I print a poster?

A. Please click on the "Poster Print Request Form" on the left navigation menu to submit your scheduling request. Note that it requires PI approval and 3 business day advance notice.

Will I get my first choice of the print date?

A. It depends. Usually you will be able to once your PI approval has been received and processed. However, during heavy seasons of conferences, seminars, and symposiums, others will want to schedule their poster print in or around the same time. So to make sure you have your preferred date, just follow  the addage, "the sooner the better."

At times when there are a large group of USC participants, I will transmit a group message with available dates and times that will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. In fairness to other members of the group, PI approval is necessary to process requested apponitments.

Do you do any last minute poster prints?

A. This also depends. Typically during heavy poster rotation (see last question above), it's not possible due to full scheduling. However, under lighter scheduling, all cases are viewed.
