Neuroscience

Benjamin grew up in the San Francisco Bay area and attended the University of California, Berkeley, for his undergraduate education, double-majoring in molecular and cell biology and comparative literature. After graduating, Benjamin worked as a lab assistant in the Visual Processing Laboratory in the UC Berkeley School of Optometry. He is doing his thesis research in the communication neuroscience department at the House Ear Institute in downtown Los Angeles, where he investigates how auditory and tactile information influence visual perception.
