Come Full Circle

Hi everyone! I’m Alison, a sophomore majoring in Biological Sciences and maybe minoring in Communications. Yup, you may have guessed this– I am Pre-Med. And I have to say life as a Pre-Med student is pretty awesome.

Anyways, I’m from Charlottesville, VA– yeah I know, it’s a bit far from LA, but I am totally loving my life here! Coming to USC is by far one of the best decisions that I have made in my life. Besides being a USC Dornsife Ambassador, I am also heavily involved in University Residential Student Community, which is the student government for residential life on campus, and Undergraduate Student Government. This year, I also joined Alpha Epsilon Delta, the Pre-Med honor society here at SC, and I have met so many cool and fun (and also pretty nerdy) people. In my free time, I like to do what I have always loved: hang out with friends, hike, watch soccer, and try new foods. I am also really spontaneous and like to enjoy life every day and every minute.

Right now, I am sitting in a really comfy chair in SAL computer center…surrounded by a light green wall, which in some odd way reminds me of home. I am also sitting next to a loser friend. Just kidding– I actually met her 2 years ago during the on-campus admissions interviews and believe it or not I am now really good friends with her. It has come full circle. That’s why I love this school: where else can I build such a strong coincidental connection?
