So here I am sitting in VKC 151 in my strangely comfortable plastic chair typing away at this first blog post as Matthew sits on the table in front of us being hilarious. So goes another College Ambassadors meeting where I get to do some of the coolest stuff on campus.
Name: Francesca Corley. Year: Freshman. Major: Undecided.
Well, that sounded WAY cooler in my head.
Basically, I am a student at USC and have been loving my experience since day one. That’s the main reason I am involved in College Ambassadors: I get to help prospective students make the strange but awesome transition from high school senior to college freshman. Plus, I have a little bit of what you could call TROJAN SPIRIT. Yeah. It’s a big deal over here.
As a student, I am currently undecided but hopefully I’ll be deciding on a major soon… what it will be, only time will tell. I am also heavily involved in the Thornton Concert Choir and thus, would love to add a music major next semester! I’m sad this year is almost over, but I cannot wait to move on to sophomore-dom. ALMOST as exciting as being an incoming freshman…
