My name’s Carolin and I’m a sophomore at USC. I’m majoring in Environmental Studies with a concentration in sustainability, energy & society and minoring in Business. I’m involved in College Ambassadors, Best Buddies, the USC student energy network and the USC Helenes.
Being a College Ambassador means representing USC Dornsife to prospective students like yourself and answering any questions you may have. Best Buddies fosters one-on-one friendships with local high school special education students. The USC student energy network brings together undergraduates, graduates, faculty and guest lecturer to discuss the future of alternative energy. The USC Helenes is an all female service organization that supports the university and the community.
I also work at the Language Center, and I am applying to study abroad Spring 2012 but I haven’t decided where yet… USC Dornsife has so many great programs that it’s difficult to choose. I’m hoping to intern in something Environmental Studies related this summer in San Diego, my hometown.
