Accepted Students

Congratulations on being accepted to go abroad!  There is a lot of information you'll need to prepare for your journey, so you are required to attend both a General Orientation session and a Program-Specific Orientation. Until the dates, times and locations are announced, visit the following links below for information about things to consider before you leave the country and once you have started your semester.

Are you registered with your home country's Embassy so that they can contact you in the event of an emergency?  Are you clear on insurance matters?  Do you know about International SOS?  Are you registered to vote while away?  Need to keep a tab on how things are going at USC while you're gone?  This section is dedicated to all this infomration.

Remember that you must be registered at USC while you are abroad!  Follow these instructions to register properly.

General Orientation

ALL STUDY ABROAD STUDENTS MUST ATTEND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SESSIONS

Wednesday, March 28
3-5pm, GFS 101

Thursday, March 29
4-6pm, WPH B27

Friday, March 30
10-12pm, THH 102

Program-Specific Orientation

In addition to the General Orientation mentioned above, students planning to study abroad for the Fall 2012 semester (or '12-13 academic year) must attend the pre-departure orientation for their specific country and/or program. (View Schedule.)

THESE SESSIONS ARE ALSO MANDATORY
